Earlier in the day, Dj Playee (Real name: Jackson Promise) took to his social media space to express his grievance as to the fact that artistes don’t support their djs to fame.
Read Dj Playee’s post below
“those likes and comments you see on Lagos djs Instagram pages is the hand work of their artists and not ghost 👻 , they know the djs are important to them, and those likes and comments is another way they use in supporting the djs, they make their djs famous because they know that the djs have a big role to play when they drop new songs, but ph artists keep blaming us here that we don’t play their songs, when they don’t show us love, we are not asking them to pay, there are other things that they can do, they don’t even visit my Instagram page, they only visit my page when they notice i have what belongs to him/her, the next artist will never see that post because he/she is not among, how do you encourage me to keep reposting your posts when if i do that’s when you will visit my page and other artists won’t hit the like button because is not his/her post, you know fully well that i work in a radio station, from months to months you can’t even say hi to me, the business is do for me i do for you,”
Few hours later, the Eziokwu commander Maxi Kabiesi who felt the pains of aggrieved Dj Playee also through his social media space gave a “proper” response which caused a chill and even Dj Playee had to concur.
