VICTOR AKPOMON known by the artiste name BARZ was abducted by armed men dressed as the police at rumuokwuta junction with a Toyota Camry.
He had just finished from a radio interview at treasure FM where he was hosted by BILL COSBY JONES on his show THE HIPHOP LOUNGE.

Barz and his manager JASON HART were dropped off by MARK, another artiste who was also on the radio show at rumuokwuta junction.
As they alighted, a Toyota Camry pulled up with men in police uniforms flashing torch lights at them. The officers were 4 in number. 2 two of them alighted and one of them slapped Jason across the face before he could say anything. As Barz tried to explain that they wanted no trouble, the other officer slapped Barz and both of them dragged him into the vehicle and they drove off.
VICTOR AKPOMON is from Edo state but was raised in Port Harcourt.
